Laying in my lilac bushes

All I see is that one block!

Back of the 16 patch - Lilacs in Spring Thaw

I like how the back turned out.

my touch of Spring

I am so happy I am using some fabrics that have been in my stash forever and never used!!!

so I took it out…..

I replaced one block that was bothering me

and replaced it with a the same blue just a milder lilac color.

This little bunny didn't want to wait ...

I like it sooooooooooo much better.

Now to get it quilted and the binding on. I want to make a pillow mattress for this bed, fitted sheet, top sheet and pillow cases.

Your little quilt is gorgeous! Perfect for decorating for Easter?
Isn’t it funny how the camera shows up things that we don’t notice with our eyes? If the darker block bothered you, it’s good you changed it. Otherwise, your eye would always go to that block. Well done..and happy Easter to you!

Thanks Ann for the inspiration. I hope you enjoyed Easter. I do like the quiltie so much better now that the one block has been replaced. I will always photograph my quilts and look at them before completing. The camera does see things the eye doesn’t.
